Gently Heated Slow Flow + Stretch is the ideal class for beginners or yogi's that want to take it slow in a room kept at a gentle 80 degrees. We will stretch for 20 minutes, flow a slow and simple standing series for 20 minutes and return to our mats for 20 more minutes of stretching.
Hot Power Flow is a challenging vinyasa flow yoga class heated with infra-red heat. The room is kept at 96 degrees and we flow one breath per movement. We flow to fun music in this active class filled with strength and balance and beautiful creative sequencing.
