For All Levels
great for beginners

The ideal class for beginners or yogis that want to take it slow in a room kept at a gentle 80-85 degrees. We will stretch for 20 minutes, flow a slow and simple standing series for 20 minutes and end with 20 more minutes of stretching and Savasana.

Step into a transformative Hot Stretch class held in a 90-degree infrared-heated room, where the soothing warmth penetrates deep into your muscles, promoting flexibility, detoxification, and relaxation. The gentle heat helps to loosen tight areas, allowing you to sink deeper into each stretch with ease. Throughout the session, you'll flow through a series of lengthening and restorative movements designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and enhance overall mobility. With the infrared heat working to increase circulation, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and more connected to your body. Perfect for all levels, this class is a blend of relaxation and renewal in a serene, heated environment.
Intermediate

Hot Vinyasa Flow yoga encourages deliberate and intentional movement. In this class, the practice challenges practitioners to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This class is considered an intermediate class but can be modified for all levels. Some familiarity with basic yoga poses is helpful.

Gently Heated Vinyasa Flow yoga encourages deliberate and intentional movement. In this class, the infrared heat is kept around 85 degrees. This practice challenges practitioners to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This class is considered an intermediate class, but can be modified for all levels. Some familiarity with basic yoga poses is suggested.

Hot Power Flow is an active, fast-paced style of Vinyasa yoga practiced in a hot room. It’s the ultimate combination of sweat, movement, and yoga. We flow one breath per movement to fun music in this challenging class filled with strength, balance and beautiful creative sequencing. This class is not recommended for beginners.

A yoga flow will warm up your muscles before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses dumbbells and body weight exercises. Then you’ll cool down with some yoga stretches on the mat. Yoga sculpt is a music-driven class. Expect a fun playlist and high-energy music to guide your practice. Yoga Sculpt is the best of both worlds —a total body workout with a foundational yoga vibe.

Tone & Flow uses a hot power vinyasa class format, with an emphasis on poses and transitions that tighten and lengthen lean muscle. Yogis will engage, contract, reach, and extend in this energizing class, flowing to upbeat music. Expect to walk out feeling longer, stronger, taller, toned - and with a renewed sense of freedom in body and spirit.
