For All Levels
great for beginners

The ideal class for beginners or yogis that want to take it slow in a room kept around 80 degrees. We will stretch for 20 minutes, flow a slow and simple standing series for 20 minutes and end with 20 more minutes of stretching and Savasana.
Intermediate

Heated Slow Flow yoga encourages deliberate and intentional movement. In this class, the practice challenges practitioners to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This class is considered an intermediate class but can be modified for all levels. Some familiarity with basic yoga poses is helpful. Room is kept around 90 degrees, so you feel warm without feeling depleted

Gently Heated Slow Flow yoga encourages deliberate and intentional movement. In this class, the infrared heat is kept around 85 degrees. This practice challenges practitioners to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This class is considered an intermediate class, but can be modified for all levels. Some familiarity with basic yoga poses is suggested.

Heated Power Flow is an active, fast-paced style of Vinyasa yoga practiced in a 90+ degree heated room. It’s the ultimate combination of sweat, movement, and yoga. We flow one breath per movement to fun music in this challenging class filled with strength, balance and beautiful creative sequencing. This class is not recommended for beginners.

A yoga flow will warm up your muscles before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses dumbbells and body weight exercises. Then you’ll cool down with some yoga stretches on the mat. Yoga sculpt is a music-driven class. Expect a fun playlist and high-energy music to guide your practice. Yoga Sculpt is the best of both worlds —a total body workout with a foundational yoga vibe.
