For All Levels

great for beginners

The ideal class for beginners or yogis that want to take it slow in a room kept around 80 degrees. We will stretch for 20 minutes, flow a slow and simple standing series for 20 minutes and end with 20 more minutes of stretching and Savasana.

Our Heated MMY Flow is our intermediate class perfect for all levels! This practice encourages deliberate and intentional movement. It challenges practitioners to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness while holding and flowing throughout the class. This heated class is kept around 85+ degrees, so you feel warm without feeling depleted

Heated Power Flow is an active, fast-paced style of Vinyasa yoga practiced in a 90-degree heated room. It’s the ultimate combination of sweat, movement, and yoga. We flow one breath per movement to fun music in this challenging class filled with strength, balance and beautiful creative sequencing. This class is not recommended for beginners.
Strengthen your body, boost your metabolism and build lean muscle. Sculpt is the perfect blend of yoga, sculpting and weight training in a heated practice room. A yoga flow will warm up your muscles before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses dumbbells, props and body weight exercises. Then you’ll cool down with some yoga stretches on the mat. Sculpt is a music-driven class so expect a fun playlist and high-energy music to guide your practice. This class is heated around 85+ degrees
