We use the FitDegree app for scheduling. You'll create your own account and can select which classes you'd like to join! If you are new the studio, your first class will automatically be free.

You can cancel your class through the FitDegree app. We do hope you’ll reschedule!

We do have mats and blocks (and weights for Sculpt) you can borrow for class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring your own water bottle!

Welcome! Our Gently Heated Slow Flow and Stretch class is a wonderful place to start.

Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily, and bare feet. We recommend avoiding anything too baggy, as you will probably find yourself upside down at some point!

Our gently heated classes are at a comfortable 80 degrees. Out hot classes are around 95 degrees.

We use infrared heat panels to heat our studio. Research shows that practicing yoga in an infrared heated room has immense physical and mental health benefits.
