  • Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual progression that connects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement for a smooth flow.

  • We use the FitDegree app for scheduling. You'll create your own account and can select which classes you'd like to join!

  • You can cancel your class through the FitDegree app. We do hope you’ll reschedule!

  • We do have mats and blocks (and weights for Sculpt) you can borrow for class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring your own water bottle!

  • Welcome! Our Gently Heated Slow Flow and Stretch class is a wonderful place to start.

  • Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily, and bare feet. We recommend avoiding anything too baggy, as you will probably find yourself upside down at some point!

  • Our gently heated classes are at a comfortable 80 degrees. Out hot classes are around 95 degrees.

  • We use infrared heat panels to heat our studio. Research shows that practicing yoga in an infrared heated room has immense physical and mental health benefits.
