Meet Our Instructors
Kat Just, founder
Hi, I'm Kat, owner and teacher at Move More Yoga! It has been a 20-year dream of mine to have my own studio and it has finally come true. I love to move, and I love to teach all kinds of Vinyasa Flow yoga classes: slow, fast, beginner, advanced, hot and gently heated, but what I love most is seeing the smile on my students faces after and during class! I think yoga can be fun and meditative and exercise all in one beautiful class and I like to find lots of time to play on our mats. Come join me for one of our signature classes and let's move more and practice yoga!

Alyssa Moore
I have practiced on and off for the better part of 15 years while also using other modalities—running, weight lifting, etc. Yoga was always supplemental—being naturally flexible, I found it easy to fall into shapes, but I was never actually present for the practice. I was unaware of the power of mindfulness or the power of the breath; my mind was somewhere else. Eight years ago I decided to commit to yoga, and I did so passionately. I learned to clear my mind, use my breath to gauge my energy. Now, my mat is the place I go when I close my eyes, when I need to find myseylf and remember who I am.
Yoga has helped me find myself again. Relearn who I am. My practice has provided me a safe space. When I teach, I am free to express my creativity, my knowledge, my peace. I used to be filled with rage, anger, and anxiety. The new energy I have created within myself has spilled over into my every day life. Now I find myself calm, collected, present, understanding, and filled with love. I have become a better parent, partner, lover, friend, and teacher.
My service is to share this gift, and maybe someday help others find themselves. My classes are a safe space and judgement free. Come expecting to be challenged, inspired, sweaty, and centered. Can’t wait to see you in class.

Angela Brudny
I practice yoga because I love the way it makes me feel, physically and mentally. Yoga has helped me through some difficult times, and regular practice has helped me to quiet those self-doubts and live more mindfully. I love teaching yoga and sharing this incredible, transformative practice. I believe there is a benefit for everyone, regardless of level and age. Start where you are and progress—showing up is half the battle.
I try to create a judgement-free environment where students feel comfortable to explore postures and take chances. My classes are a vinyasa flow, where I like to challenge students, allowing them to dig deep and find that strength that lies within. Although I like to keep the pace moving, I offer options for those who do not want to take all the poses. Learning to connect breath to movement is more important than feeling you’ve “nailed a pose.” Creating playlists that support the flow helps me connect my love of music to yoga, though I sometimes throw in the occasional wildcard, because life shouldn’t be too serious. Part of yoga is the community we build with fellow yogis. I truly believe yoga can benefit everyone.

Jen Reckmeyer
I began practicing yoga in 2002 due to an injury that was causing my ankle to lose mobility. I found I was able to keep moving freely for 15 years before having a total ankle replacement. Yoga was significant in my rehabilitation.
My intention as a teacher is to allow others to experience their personal connection with mind and body on their own mat through movement and breath. I want to lead students to listen to their bodies and recognize what’s happening under the surface, so powerful shifts can happen. I am amazed by how many struggles can be overcome on my mat by just leaving the world behind for a time and getting back to my center. Students can expect an inspiring power flow class, integrating mind and body with strength and stretch.

Yoga is a daily ritual that strengthens my body, frees my mind, and opens my heart. Through my practice, I have found confidence, patience, and a softer, less reactive approach to challenge. Yoga has helped me cultivate awareness around aligning my thoughts, feelings, and actions; I hope to help fellow yogis find their own clarity, compassion, and peace. In my classes, you fill feel invigorated, strengthened, lengthened, and centered. Please come just as you are—free to breathe, flow, and simply be.

Cori is an extremely passionate yogi who has been practicing yoga consistently for over ten years. She was initially drawn into yoga simply for a New Year's resolution; however, that resolution turned into an incredible passion and deep love for the practice. Cori received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2021 and started teaching yoga soon afterwards. She received her personal training certification in 2023 and enjoys doing resistance training consistently for over five years. In yoga, I have found healing and a reconnection with the body and mind. I love to share yoga with those who are active in other physical practices and sports, inviting them to incorporate yoga as a part of their training and recovery. Additionally, I enjoy practicing with those who are returning to activity after illness or other periods of inactivity as a way to reconnect to the body and heal.
At my classes, you can expect a welcoming environment for all bodies and experience levels. I’ll provide opportunities to strengthen, challenge, and rest the body and mind.
I have found tremendous mental health benefits from my own yoga practice and am happy to share that with others. I am very physically active, specifically in triathlon training (swim/bike/run) and racing. I love to move!

Senta Metz
I’m Senta, and I like yoga and meditation. Do you? Have you tried? These experiences continue to improve my life every time. They bring me a calm energy when I lack focus and make me a more mindful person and parent—breathing through instead of succumbing to the noise life sometimes brings. Sharing these gifts and witnessing their positive impact on others these last 6+ years makes me smile.
See me on the mat around Milwaukee, or virtually with coworkers and school-aged kids! I enjoy hosting local, domestic, and international wellness retreats. I am a 200 hour certified instructor with an additional 85 hours of prenatal education. I will also complete my 300 hour training in spring of 2025. These ancient practices benefit our modern lives in so many ways, and I am confident that healing and wellness can be a reality for anyone willing to try. Namaste, be well!

Kathleen Snider
When I was younger, I tried just about every sport I could. While I embraced being part of a team and spending time in the fresh air, the movement never felt quite right to my body. Years later, I decided to take a yoga class on a whim as a college student and fell in love with the thoughtful sequences, purposeful transitions, and breath-fueled community. Ten years and countless classes later, I decided to further my own practice and obtained a 200-hour certifications through Satya Life Yoga School in November 2021. From start to savasana, I aim to create a safe space for all students to challenge themselves, find ease, and create community through breath and movement.

Lindy L.
Lindy’s fitness journey began with Jazzercise and running up and down the stairs in her house (the original “stair master”)—with thick pigtails bouncing as she worked out alongside her grandmother! Her adult fitness journey took off with years of teaching spin classes and working as a personal trainer. After pounding the pavement in the gym, she discovered yoga sculpt and realized it was the perfect combination of strength, balance, and mindfulness—a mix she believes is key to long-term health and longevity.
Lindy’s classes are designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels through functional movements that leave you feeling accomplished, energized, and stronger. Her goal is to create a space where everyone can focus on their own workout and embrace progress over perfection.
Fun fact about Lindy: She was on the dance team in high school and college and still finds so much joy in dancing—especially when that perfect beat drop hits! She loves vibing to the music in class, bringing an extra dose of energy and fun. Oh, and her 7th birthday party? It was at a Jazzercise class (unitard and all)! Lindy is "inVESTed" in pushing her limits—yes, she really does wear a weighted vest (a lot!). As a new yoga sculpt instructor, she’s learning and growing right alongside her students. Whether she’s cooking up plant-based recipes or dripping with sweat in class, you can always expect her to bring a lot of energy and a good pun or two!

Yoga is my sanctuary—a space where I have always known I’m meant to be. It has been my anchor, helping me find calm for my soul and a sense of grounding through life’s ebbs and flows.
I love to design sequences that flow with intention, allowing space for grace in movement. Whether you choose to explore your edge or embrace gentleness, this practice offers an opportunity to move your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your spirit. With thoughtfully curated playlists, I hope to evoke feelings that resonate deeply, creating a practice that is more than just physical.
My greatest wish is for each and every practice to bring you peace, balance, and a renewed sense of light in your soul. Thank you for letting me guide you, for being a student and a teacher, for sharing your light. I hope to see you on the mat soon!

Sofia I.
I have been practicing yoga since my early 20s and really began to focus on my practice starting in 2015. I have always found that when I am on my mat, there is an overwhelming sense of peace and calm, especially during the most hectic and chaotic times in life. My mat is the one place I can go to shift the energy through my moving meditation. Through yoga, I have learned how to regain my focus both mentally and physically. I want to be able to share that feeling of calm, serenity, peace, and strength with other yogis so that they too can find what they are seeking.
I hope that my classes provide my fellow yogis with inspiration and offer a place to recharge the mind, body, and soul.

From the asphalt to the mat, my journey into yoga began with reluctance as a runner and general sports jock. However, 12 years ago, after taking my first yoga class, I discovered its transformative power and instantly fell in love. Now, as a yoga teacher, I am passionate about guiding others to find their own path to balance and strength through the practice of yoga.
When I’m not on my mat, I’m also a busy hockey mom to two rambunctious boys. Besides yoga, I am also passionate about photography, with my sons as my muses, and baking, creating yummy treats for family and friends!

Misa S.
I’m Misa, aka YogiMamaMKE. My yoga journey began in 2013 when I went to my first yoga class to destress. I found so much more. The meditation and philosophy hooked me first. Then, the physical practice supported my running habit, and I ran with it! After losing my father in 2016, I dedicated my next chapter to teaching as he did as a professor - and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Asheville. I fell in love with supporting others and have taught beginner basics, power flows, vinyasa, gentle, hatha, chair, family, prenatal/postpartum and yin over the years. I received my 85-hour prenatal/postpartum yoga certification in 2020 after reaping the benefits of the practice while pregnant with my daughter. I’m currently working on my 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training and hope to dive into yoga therapy someday.
I strive to create a safe space to welcome everybody, inspiring them to connect to themselves, learn something new and leave behind what is no longer needed. I support creating community in the spaces I teach and strive to make every class accessible to everyone that shows up on their mat. It gives me great joy to spread this ancient and beautiful practice of yoga to all.
